Common Failures of Crowns and Fixed Partial Dentures
Crowns and fixed partial dentures are commonly used in dental treatment. Proper plan and treatment procedure will provide long-term function, esthetics and value for expense. Poorly treatment leads to damage to teeth and supporting structures. However, failed restorations are still found and needs to be solved by dentists. This paper will present clinical examples of common clinical failures, methods to treat and prevent further complications.
