Healing Evaluation after Root Canal Treatment

Healing evaluation after root canal treatment is important for dentists in order to assess the treatment outcome and also create proper treatment plans for each patient. In addition to clinical and radiographic evaluations, other methods such as root canal culturing, histological evaluation, molecular biology techniques, digital subtraction and CBCT are alternatives. These techniques have been developed to improve the quality of evaluation after root canal treatment.
